I got promoted today, and my boss got fired. Bittersweet. It wasn't supposed to happen like that, but then again, I don't know how it was supposed to happen. I am terrified to be a shop director. I think I'm going to have nightmares about it. I have the willies from "will my sales team/leads like me?" all the way down to "oh god I dont know how to do a management schedule."
Fearful and Fearless all at the same time, that's how I ended up here.
